Requirements of English teacher in Korea

First, teachers have to make students be interested in English.
To do this, teachers shouldn't be strict but kindly encourage students
to participate in the class.
Second, teachers must have computer using skills.
Because these days teaching materials such as showing foreign films and listening CD
are very frequent. It's the reason why we take a this course.
Teachers should consider the level of students and give students education
that is geard to the level and aptitude of each student.
That's the way every student have confidence in English.
