In Korea,A teacher(if being a homeroom teacher) is charge of About 40 students.
A Teacher have to be care of these students in class, but Each students have Various characters. There are some disobedient student. To embrace These students, a teacher has patient and tough mind.

★passion to teach
I have met many teacher who work hard and spand much time self-improvement to teach students more effectively. But Some teachers only are lazy, don't have passion to teach students. Because of these teachers, students were sometimes just dossing about in lessons. So, I want to teacher who teach hard and improve teaching skills constantly.

A Teacher is responsible for Making students interested in class. If being interest in class, students' English ability will improve efficiently.
